On the Banks of Plum Creek

On the Banks of Plum Creek is a really great book. It is an autobiography by and of Laura Ingalls Wilder when she was little. Laura's family moves out of the Indian territory, into a dugout by Plum Creek. The whole house is layered in prairie sod, and you could walk right over it and never notice! The roof does cause some problems, though. Her family moves into a new house, still by Plum Creek. After that, lots of exciting things happen. But you have to read the book! Adia
